Wood Wood Block and Wood Panel Using them
The present invention relates to a wood block standardized to construct a country house, a ″silver town″ house, a leisure house, a neighborhood facility house, etc. using wood as the main material, and a wood panel using the same. The wood block comprises: a pair of side plates installed at a predetermined interval; a pair of horizontal plates horizontally fixed and installed on grooves formed on upper and lower portions of the side plates at heights separated from each other; and a vertical plate vertically installed in a space formed by the pair of horizontal plates. The space defined by the horizontal plates is used as an insulator accommodation space and an air layer formation space. Due to the structure of the wood block, deformation such as twisting or bending does not occur even if a long period elapses, the strength of a wall is increased, and soundproof and insulating effects are high. Also, the wood blocks have standardized sizes and thus the wood blocks and wood panels can be manufactured in a factory to shorten construction time, thereby reducing construction costs.
본 발명은 목재를 주된 재료로 하는 전원 주택, 실버타운 주택, 레져용 주택, 근린생활시설 주택 등을 시공하기 위한 정형화된 목재 블록과 그것들을 이용한 목재 패널에 관한 것으로서, 목재 블록에 대하여 일정 간격을 두고 설치된 한 쌍의 측면 판재와, 상기 측면 판재의 상부 및 하부에 각각 일정 간격을 둔 높이에 형성된 홈에 가로로 고정 설치되는 한 쌍의 가로 판재와, 상기 한 쌍의 가로 판재에 의하여 형성된 공간에 세로로 설치된 세로 판재를 포함하여 구성하여 상기 세로 판재에 의하여 구획된 공간은 단열재 수용공간과 공기층 형성공간으로 사용되게 함으로써, 상기와 같은 목재 블록의 구조에 의하여 장시간이 경과하여도 뒤틀림 또는 휨 등의 변형이 되지 않고 벽체의 강도가 높아지며 방음 및 단열 효과가 높으며, 또한 상기와 같은 목재 블록이 정형화된 규격으로 인하여 목재 블록 및 목재 패널이 공장에서 제조 가능하게 됨으로써 건축 시간이 단축되며 이로 인해 건축비용이 절감되는 목재 블록과 그것들을 이용한 목재 패널에 관한 것이다.
