Electric panel using wood
The present invention relates to an electric panel using wood, which has a heating wire installed on wooden panels, thereby providing heating using conduction and convection. The electric panel comprises: unit panels which have a rectangular shape, have a heat transfer hole formed in the center thereof, and have coupling protrusions formed on sides thereof; and finishing wood into which the coupling protrusions of the unit panels are fitted and which fixes the unit panels. Heating wire grooves are formed on the rear surfaces of the unit panels to fit a heating wire thereinto. The heating wire grooves are formed on both sides of the heat transfer hole. A controller selectively supplies power to the heating wire fitted into the heating wire grooves. The rear surfaces of the heating wire grooves are sequentially covered with a non-woven fabric formed of mineral, a heat sink formed of aluminum, and ceramic wool, a finishing plate, and are covered with a finishing board. The unit panels are fixed to the finishing wood so that the electric panel is produced. Therefore, the electric panel can ensure efficient heat transfer using convection and conduction.
본 발명은 목재로 이루어진 패널에 전열선을 설치하여 전도와 대류에 의한 난방이 이루어지도록 하는 목재를 이용하는 전기패널에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 직사각형 형태를 갖고 중앙에 열전달홀이 형성되는 한편 측면으로 결합돌기가 형성된 단위패널을 구비하고, 상기 단위패널의 결합돌기가 끼워지는 형태로 여러 개의 단위패널을 고정시키는 마감목을 구비하고, 상기 단위패널의 배면에 전열선이 끼워지는 열선홈을 형성하되 상기 열선홈은 열전달홀의 양측으로 형성하고, 상기 열선홈에 끼워지는 전열선은 콘트롤러에서 전원 공급이 선택되게 하고, 열선홈의 배면으로 광물부직포와 알미늄 방열판 및 세라믹울을 순차적으로 씌운 후 마감판을 씌워 마감목에 고정시킴으로써 이루어진다.
