Wall corner connectors for panel prefabricated structures
The present invention relates to a corner connector of various housings assembled and installed by using panels. More specifically, the corner connector between panels for assembling and constructing a wall of various housings is divided into a connection module and a cover module to fix a panel arranged at a right angle on a plane by the connection module. The cover module is conveniently mounted and fixed on the outside of the connection module to tightly attach and firmly fix panels for building a wall of the housings by the connection module bent at a right angle on the plane to greatly improve the durability of the housings. Elegant finishing and simple exterior can be achieved for a connection portion between panels by conveniently coupling the cover module to the connection module. The connection module and the cover module effectively block the entry of rainwater, dust, or harmful insects from the outside of the housings through the gap between the panels to prevent the inside of the housing from being contaminated from rainwater or foreign substances.
본 발명은 패널을 이용하여 조립 설치되는 다양한 함체의 패널 연결구에 대한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 다양한 함체의 벽체를 조립 시공하기 위한 패널 간 코너연결구를 연결모듈과 커버모듈로 구분 형성하여, 상기 연결모듈에 의해서는 평면상 직각으로 배치된 패널에 대한 고정이 이루어지도록 하고, 상기 커버모듈은 상기 연결모듈의 외측에 간편하게 장착 고정되도록 구성함으로써, 평면상 직각 형태로 절곡된 연결모듈에 의해 함체의 벽체를 구성하기 위한 패널 상호 간의 밀착 및 견고한 고정이 이루어질 수 있어 함체 자체의 내구성을 크게 향상시킬 수 있는 것이고, 상기 연결모듈에 대한 커버모듈의 간편한 결합을 통해 패널 상호 간의 연결부에 대한 미려한 마감 및 간결한 외장이 연출될 수 있는 것이며, 상기 연결모듈과 커버모듈은 패널 상호 간의 틈새를 통해 함체 외부로부터 빗물이나 분진 혹은 해충 등이 유입되는 것을 효과적으로 차단하여 함체 내부가 빗물이 이물질로부터 오염되는 것을 방지할 수 있는 것이다.
