ECO-FRIENDLY ARTIFICIAL TURF CONSTRUCTION METHOD USING CORK BALL CHIPS
The present invention relates to an eco-friendly artificial turf construction method using cork ball chips. To achieve the purpose, the method includes the following steps of: (S10) flattening the ground; (S20) mixing 12-14 parts by weight of binders with respect to 100 parts by weight of tire chips having a grain size range of 5-7 mm, and installing the mixture by a depth of 20-70 mm to form a tire layer; (S30) hardening the tire layer with a hardening roller of 15-30 kg, and then, curing the same for 24 hours; (S40) installing a cork layer, which is made by mixing 5-12 parts by weight of cork chips having a grain size range of 1 to 4 mm and 20-25 parts by weight of binders with respect to 100 parts by weight of cork ball chips having a grain size range of 2 to 10 mm, or 5-12 parts by weight of cork ball chips having a grain size range of 2 to 10 mm and 100-120 parts by weight of binders with respect to 100 parts by weight of cork chips having a grain size range of 1 to 4 mm, in an upper part of the tire layer by a depth of 5 to 30 mm; (S50) hardening the cork layer with a hardening roller of 25-50 kg, and then, curing the same for 24 hours; and (S60) completing the work by stacking an artificial turf layer in an upper part of the cork layer. Therefore, the present invention is capable of providing a pleasant environment through cork layers blocking harmful substances.
본 발명은 코르크 볼칩을 이용한 친환경 인조잔디 시공방법에 관한 것으로, 이를 위해 지면을 평탄화하는 단계;(S10)와, 5mm ~ 7mm 입도 범위를 갖는 타이어칩 100중량부에 대해 바인더 12 ~ 14중량부를 혼합하고, 20mm ~ 70mm 두께로 지면에 포설하여 타이어층을 형성하는 단계;(S20)와, 상기 타이어층을 15 ~ 30kg의 다짐롤러로 다짐한 후 24시간 동안 양생하는 단계;(S30)와, 2mm ~ 10mm 입도 범위를 갖는 코르크 볼칩 100중량부에 대해 1mm 내지 4mm 입도 범위를 갖는 코르크칩 5 ~ 12중량부와 바인더 20 ~ 25 중량부 또는 1mm 내지 4mm 입도 범위를 갖는 코르크칩 100중량부에 대해 2mm ~ 10mm 입도 범위를 갖는 코르크 볼칩 5 ~ 12중량부와, 바인더 100 ~ 120중량부를 혼합한 코르크층을 타이어층의 상부에 5mm 내지 30mm로 포설하는 단계;(S40)와, 상기 코르크층을 25 ~ 50kg의 다짐롤러로 다짐한 후 24시간 동안 양생하는 단계;(S50)와, 상기 코르크층의 상부에 인조잔디층을 적층하여 완성하는 단계;(S60)를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한다.

The present invention relates to an eco-friendly artificial turf construction method using cork ball chips.
