ECO-FRIENDLY MAT USING CORK BALL CHIP
The present invention relates to an eco-friendly mat using cork ball chips. To achieve the purpose, the eco-friendly mat includes: a cork mat in which 5-12 parts by weight of cork chips having a grain size range of 1 to 4 mm and 20-25 parts by weight of binders are mixed with 100 parts by weight of cork ball chips having a grain size range of 2 to 10 mm, or 5-12 parts by weight of cork ball chips having a grain size range of 2 to 10 mm and 100-120 parts by weight of binders are mixed with 100 parts by weight of cork chips having a grain size range of 1 to 4 mm; and an elastic mat in which 6-10 parts by weight of binders are mixed with 100 parts by weight of tire chips having a grain size range of 5 to 7 mm, and which is placed in a lower part of the cork mat. The cork mat (10) and the elastic mat (20) are pressed to each other for 15-25 minutes through an upper press having a temperature range of 210°C±10°C and a lower press having a temperature range of 140°C±10°C in order to form an integrated eco-friendly mat.
본 발명은 코르크 볼칩을 이용한 친환경 매트에 관한 것으로, 이를 위해 2mm ~ 10mm 입도 범위를 갖는 코르크 볼칩 100중량부에 대해 1mm 내지 4mm 입도 범위를 갖는 코르크칩 5 ~ 12중량부와 바인더 20 ~ 25 중량부 또는 1mm 내지 4mm 입도 범위를 갖는 코르크칩 100중량부에 대해 2mm ~ 10mm 입도 범위를 갖는 코르크 볼칩 5 ~ 12중량부와, 바인더 100 ~ 120중량부를 혼합한 코르크매트; 및 상기 코르크매트의 하부에 배치되는 5mm ~ 7mm 입도 범위를 갖는 타이어칩 100중량부에 대해 바인더 6 ~ 10 중량부를 혼합한 탄성매트;을 포함하여 이루어지되, 상기 코르크매트(10)와 탄성매트(20)는 각각 상호 간 210℃±10℃ 온도범위의 상부프레스와, 140℃±10℃ 온도범위의 하부프레스를 상호 간 15 ~ 25분 동안 가압하여 일체형 친환경 매트를 형성하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
