PAINT REMOVING APPARATUS AND PAINT REMOVING METHOD FOR STEEL PLATE USING ECO-FRIENDLY MATERIAL
The present invention is to provide a steel material coating removal device capable of removing waste coating from a steel material without damaging a surface by spraying a coating decomposition solution onto the steel material surface. According to the present invention, the steel material coating removal device comprises: a film thickness measuring unit for measuring the film thickness of waste coating on a surface of a steel material by a magnetic induction method; a coating decomposition solution spraying unit for spraying a coating decomposition solution onto the surface of the steel material based on the film thickness measured by the film thickness measuring unit; and a dry ice spraying unit which sprays dry ice onto the surface of the steel material in which the waste coating has been dissolved by the coating decomposition solution spraying unit to remove residual foreign matter adhering to the surface of the steel material.
본 발명은 본 발명의 강재 도장제거장치는, 강재 표면의 폐도장의 도막두께를 자기유도방식으로 측정하는 도막두께측정부와; 상기 도막두께측정부에서 측정된 도막두께에 기초하여 상기 강재 표면으로 도장분해용액을 분사하는 도장분해용액분사부와; 상기 도장분해용액분사부에 의해 폐도장이 용해된 강재 표면으로 드라이아이스를 분사하여 강재 표면에 부착된 잔존이물질을 제거하는 드라이아이스분사부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
