The present invention relates to a ceramic coating agent capable of remarkably improving properties of a substrate such as chemical resistance, high hardness and the like by containing a complex silane and a metal oxide sol on the surface of a substrate such as iron or concrete and the like, and a waterproof coating construction method using the same. The ceramic coating agent using complex silane according to the present invention can significantly improve properties of the substrate such as chemical resistance and high hardness by coating the ceramic coating agent.
본 발명은 철재, 콘크리트 등 기재의 표면에 복합 실란과 금속산화물졸 등을 함유시킴으로써 내약품성 및 고경도 등 기재의 특성을 획기적으로 향상시킬 수 있는 세라믹 코팅제 및 이를 사용하는 방수도장공법에 관한 것이다.
