According to the present invention, provided is a one-component ceramic coating agent which can be manufactured by adding 70-90 parts by weight of methyl oleate, 60-80 parts by weight of hydrocarbon and 50-70 parts by weight of dimethyl sulfide to 100 parts by weight of polyoxyethylene alkyl ether so as to be stirred at the speed of 500-600 rpm, after increasing the temperature from 100-120°C, and simultaneously adding and dispersing 30-50 parts by weight of silver flake, 20-40 parts by weight of zinc flake and 10-30 parts by weight of ethyl bromoacetate.
본 발명에 의하면, 폴리옥시에틸렌알킬에테르 100 중량부에 메틸올레이트 70-90 중량부, 하이드로카본 60-80 중량부 및 디메틸설파이드 50-70 중량부가 100 ℃-120 ℃의 온도에서 승온된 후, 500 rpm-600 rpm의 속도로 교반되면서 실버플레이크 30-50 중량부, 아연플레이크 20-40 중량부 및 에틸브로모아세테이트 10-30 중량부가 첨가 및 분산되어 제조되는 일액형 세라믹 방수제가 제공된다.

According to the present invention, provided is a one-component ceramic coating agent which can be manufactured by adding 70-90 parts by weight of methyl oleate, 60-80 parts by weight of hydrocarbon and 50-70 parts by weight of dimethyl sulfide to 100 parts by weight of polyoxyethylene alkyl ether so as to be stirred at the speed of 500-600 rpm, after increasing the temperature from 100-120°C, and simultaneously adding and dispersing 30-50 parts by weight of silver flake, 20-40 parts by weight of zinc flake and 10-30 parts by weight of ethyl bromoacetate.
본 발명에 의하면, 폴리옥시에틸렌알킬에테르 100 중량부에 메틸올레이트 70-90 중량부, 하이드로카본 60-80 중량부 및 디메틸설파이드 50-70 중량부가 100 ℃-120 ℃의 온도에서 승온된 후, 500 rpm-600 rpm의 속도로 교반되면서 실버플레이크 30-50 중량부, 아연플레이크 20-40 중량부 및 에틸브로모아세테이트 10-30 중량부가 첨가 및 분산되어 제조되는 일액형 세라믹 방수제가 제공된다.
