Disclosed in the present invention are: a method for manufacturing a high density block which is manufactured by a dry process, and realizes a smooth surface layer without voids similar to wet concrete products by eluting internal moisture to the surface by adjusting a particle size of the block surface layer and a consolidating effect; and the high density block manufactured by the method. By using the method for manufacturing the high density block according to an embodiment of the present invention, it is possible to easily manufacture the high density block having high strength and excellent surface abrasion resistance by the dry process.
블록 표층부의 입도 조정 및 압밀 효과로 내부 수분을 표면으로 용출시켜 습식 콘크리트 제품과 유사한 공극없는 매끈한 표면층을 구현한 건식 공정으로 제조되는 고밀도 블록 제조방법 및 그에 의해 제조된 고밀도 블록을 개시한다.
