The thermoplastic resin and the carbon fiber can be uniformly mixed, or the carbon fiber can be sufficiently impregnated with the thermoplastic resin by firstly manufacturing the carbon fiber reinforced composite pellets in this way. In addition, the strength of the water-permeable block can be adjusted by adjusting a ratio with the carbon fiber by additionally adding the thermoplastic resin in an injection molding step, and other functions such as heat resistance can be improved by adding another type of thermoplastic resin.
본 발명은 열가소성 수지와 탄소섬유로부터 탄소섬유 강화 복합재 펠렛을 먼저 제조한 후, 제조된 탄소섬유 강화 복합재 펠렛으로부터 사출성형을 통해 투수블럭을 제조한다. 이와 같이 탄소섬유 강화 복합재 펠렛을 먼저 제조함으로써, 열가소성 수지와 탄소섬유를 균일하게 혼합시키거나 탄소섬유에 열가소성 수지를 충분히 함침시킬 수 있다. 또한, 사출성형단계에서 추가적으로 열가소성 수지를 첨가하여 탄소섬유와의 비율 조절을 통해 투수블럭의 강도를 조절할 수 있고, 다른 종류의 열가소성 수지를 첨가하여 내열성과 같은 다른 기능을 향상시킬 수 있다.
