The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of an artificial turf filler, which has excellent elasticity and heat resistance so that the athlete can sufficiently alleviate the shock received during exercise, and prevents the agglomeration and plate formation phenomenon caused by the liquefaction of the filler by solar heat from the hot sun in a summer day and geothermal heat from radiation and, more specifically, to a manufacturing method of an artificial turf filler, comprising: a pre-process (10S) of manufacturing ethylene propylene diene monomer (EPDM) pellets; and a post-process (20S) of manufacturing a final filler.
본 발명은 운동선수가 운동할 때 받는 충격을 충분히 완화시킬 수 있도록 탄력성이 우수하고, 내열성이 우수하여 여름 한 낮의 뜨거운 태양열과 복사에 의한 지열에 의한 충진재 액상화에 따른 뭉침 현상과 판상화 현상을 방지할 수 있는 인조잔디 충진재 제조 방법에 관한 것이다.
