The present invention relates to a coating method of artificial marble and, more specifically, to a coating method of artificial marble comprising: a sandpaper polishing step of removing contaminants from methyl methacrylate artificial marble and polishing the artificial marble with sandpaper; a cleaning step of cleaning the artificial marble polished through the sandpaper polishing step; a nano-polishing step of polishing the artificial marble cleaned through the cleaning step with a nano-abrasive; a heat treatment step of heat-treating the artificial marble polished through the nano-polishing step; a coating step of coating the artificial marble heat-treated through the heat treatment step with a nano-coating agent; and a curing step of curing the nano-coating agent coated through the coating step. The coating method of artificial marble progressed through the process exhibits effects of providing artificial marble with improved antibacterial properties, scratch resistance, and stain resistance while maintaining excellent gloss for a long period of time, as well as shortening a processing time.
본 발명은 인조대리석의 코팅시공방법에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 메틸메타아크릴레이트 인조대리석의 오염물질을 제거하고 샌드페이퍼로 연마하는 샌드페이퍼연마단계, 상기 샌드페이퍼연마단계를 통해 연마된 인조대리석을 세척하는 세척단계, 상기 세척단계를 통해 세척된 인조대리석을 나노연마제로 연마하는 나노연마단계, 상기 나노연마단계를 통해 연마된 인조대리석을 열처리하는 열처리단계, 상기 열처리단계를 통해 열처리된 인조대리석에 나노코팅제를 코팅하는 코팅단계 및 상기 코팅단계를 통해 코팅된 나노코팅제를 경화하는 경화단계로 이루어진다. 상기의 과정을 통해 진행되는 인조대리석의 코팅시공방법은 가공시간이 짧을 뿐만 아니라, 우수한 광택이 오랜 기간 동안 유지되며, 항균성, 내스크래치성 및 내오염성이 향상된 인조대리석을 제공하는 효과를 나타낸다.
