A prefabricated aluminum deck comprises a deck assembly comprising: deck plates in which a web connecting an upper flange and a lower flange is provided and the web is perforated with at least two holes at the same interval; an interval maintaining part configured to cut a part of the web of the deck plates in a shape of ㄷ and cut a cut part at a right angle; and a binding member weaving and prefabricating the deck plates by being inserted into the holes. The prefabricated aluminum deck is configured to prefabricate the deck plates by arranging the deck plates in the same direction, inserting the binding member of which an end portion on one side is inserted and fixed into a bracket into the holes, and then fixing an end portion on the other side to the bracket by pulling the binding member.
본 발명은, 조립식 알루미늄 데크로써, 상부플랜지와 하부플랜지를 연결하는 웨브가 구비되고, 이 웨브에 등간격으로 2개 이상의 구멍이 천공된 데크 플레이트; 상기 데크 플레이트의 웨브 일부를 "ㄷ" 형상으로 절개하고, 이 절개부을 직각으로 절곡하여 구성된 간격 유지부; 상기 구멍에 끼워져 데크 플레이트를 엮어 조립하는 결속부재;로 구성된 데크 조립체로 구성된 것으로, 상기 데크 플레이트를 동일한 방향으로 배열하고, 일측 단부가 브라켓에 끼워져 고정된 상기 결속부재를 구멍에 끼운 다음, 결속부재 당겨 타측 단부를 브라켓에 고정하는 것으로 데크 플레이트를 조립하는 기술적인 특징을 갖는 것으로 달성된다.
