Prefabricated deck construction method and prefabricated deck unit for elevator core construction
The present invention relates to a prefabricated deck construction method and a prefabricated deck unit for elevator core construction, which form decks so that workers can perform work for construction of an elevator core while safely stepping on feet and moving in the space of the elevator core, and use the decks that can be managed at low cost and can be simply installed and dismantled. The prefabricated deck construction method comprises: a first step of forming support insertion grooves on both walls facing each other, of an elevator core in a lower floor constructed of concrete; a second step of inserting and securing both sides of supports into the support insertion groove formed in the first step, to install the one or more supports in a direction crossing the elevator core in the lower floor; a third step of installing a plurality of scaffolds by using, as support bases, the supports installed in the second step, to form a deck in the lower floor so that workers can work on constructing an elevator core in an upper floor; a fourth step of completing the constructing of the elevator core in the upper floor, installing supports in the upper floor into the support insertion grooves formed on the elevator core in the upper floor, dismantling the scaffolds used for the deck in the lower floor, and installing the same on the supports in the upper floor to form a deck in the upper floor.
본 발명은 엘리베이터 코어 시공을 위한 조립식 데크 시공 방법 및 조립식 데크 유닛에 관한 것으로, 작업자가 엘리베이터 코어의 공간에서 발을 안전하게 디디고 이동하면서 엘리베이터 코어의 시공을 위한 작업을 수행할 수 있도록 데크를 형성하고 아울러, 저렴한 비용으로 운용하고 간단하게 설치와 해체할 수 있는 데크를 이용하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 본 발명에 의한 엘리베이터 코어 시공을 위한 조립식 데크 시공 방법은, 콘크리트 시공된 하층의 엘리베이터 코어의 마주하는 양쪽 벽에 서포트 삽입홈을 형성하는 제1단계와; 상기 제1단계에서 형성된 서포트 삽입홈에 서포트의 양쪽을 삽입 고정하여 상기 하층의 엘리베이터 코어를 횡단하는 방향을 따라 1개 이상의 서포트를 설치하는 제2단계와; 상기 제2단계에서 설치한 서포트를 지지기반으로 하여 다수개의 발판을 설치하여 작업자가 상층의 엘리베이터 코어를 시공하기 위한 작업을 할 수 있도록 하층의 데크를 형성하는 제3단계와; 상층의 엘리베이터 코어의 시공을 완료한 후 상층의 엘리베이터 코어에 형성된 서포트 삽입홈에 상층의 서포트를 설치하고 상기 하층의 데크에서 사용된 발판을 해체하여 상기 상층의 서포트 위에 설치하여 상층의 데크를 형성하는 제4단계를 포함한다.
