The present invention relates to a foamed pearlite panel. More specifically, according to the present invention, the foamed pearlite panel is manufactured by installing an internal iron mesh (20) on the inner part of an outer iron mesh (10) formed in a hexahedral shape in a double structure to cover the outer iron mesh, and filling the inside of the inner iron mesh (20) with a formed pearlite filler (30) formed by finely pulverizing perlite and foaming pearlite powder through heating and expansion. The inner iron mesh has a smaller perforated hole than the size of particles of the foamed pearlite filler, such that the foamed pearlite panel is manufactured by being directly filled with the filler without being mixed with a binder like as a conventional method, thereby providing excellent water-resistance, strength, and the like as well as insulation, noise-blocking and preventing properties while simplifying manufacture and maintaining the foamed pearlite particles and inner pores thereof well.
본 발명은 발포 펄라이트 판넬에 관한 것으로, 좀더 상세하게는 육면체 형태로 형성한 외부 철망(10) 내부에 외부 철망을 커버하도록 내부 철망(20)을 이중 구조로 설치하고 상기 내부 철망(20) 내부로 펄라이트를 미세 분쇄한 후 가열 팽창시켜 발포 형성한 발포 펄라이트 충진재(30)를 충진하여 제조하되, 상기 내부 철망은 발포 펄라이트 충진재의 입자 보다 작은 타공을 갖도록 형성하여 충진재를 종래와 같은 바인더 혼합 없이 직접 충진하여 제조하므로 무엇보다 제조가 간단하고, 발포 펄라이트 입자 및 내부 기공이 잘 유지되면서 단열, 차음, 방음은 물론 내수성, 강성 등이 우수하게 제공되는데 그 특징이 있다.
