According to an embodiment of the present invention, a precast concrete (PC) culvert manufactured by using a three-component PC composition using fine ferro-nickel slag powder is manufactured by filling, with a grouting material including a three-component PC composition using fine ferro-nickel slag powder, at least one of at least one first recessed part formed on a first joint surface of a first PC culvert unit of at least two PC culvert units having a hollow rectangular parallelepiped shape in a longitudinal direction, and at least one second recessed part formed on a second joint surface of a second PC culvert unit facing and adjacent to the first joint surface of the first PC culvert unit, and by joining the first PC culvert unit to the second PC culvert unit. As a three-component PC composition binder, fine powder of blast furnace slag or fly ash is included in addition to fine powder of cement and ferro-nickel slag. Therefore, the lifespan of the PC culvert can be significantly extended.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 페로니켈 슬래그 미분말을 이용한 3성분계 프리캐스트 콘크리트 조성물을 이용하여 제조된 PC 암거는 길이방향으로 속이 빈 중공형의 직육면체 형상을 갖는 적어도 2 이상의 PC 암거 유니트중 제 1 PC 암거 유니트의 제 1 접합면에 형성되는 적어도 1 이상의 제 1 오목부와, 상기 제 1 PC 암거 유니트의 제 1 접합면에 대향하여 인접한 제 2 PC 암거 유니트의 제 2 접합면에 형성되는 적어도 1 이상의 제 2 오목부중 적어도 하나에 페로니켈 슬래그 미분말을 이용한 3성분계 프리캐스트 콘크리트 조성물로 이루어진 그라우트재를 충진하여 상기 제 1 PC 암거 유니트와 상기 제 2 PC 암거 유니트 사이를 접합하며, 상기 3 성분계 프리캐스트 콘크리트 조성물 결합재로서 시멘트, 페로니켈 슬래그 미분말 이외에 고로 슬래그 미분말 또는 플라이애쉬를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
