The present invention provides a precast soundproof wall foundation made using a three-component concrete composition using ferro-nickel slag powder and a construction method thereof, wherein the lifetime of the precast soundproof wall foundation can be extended significantly, manpower and costs necessary for repairs can be reduced greatly, and more structural stability can be provided. A soundproof wall foundation using a three-component concrete composition using ferro-nickel slag powder in accordance with an embodiment of the present invention has a first soundproof wall foundation unit and a second soundproof wall foundation unit bonded to each other by filling a grout material, which is composed of a three-component concrete composition using ferro-nickel slag powder, into either or both of one or more concave parts, which are formed on the first bonding surface of the first soundproof wall foundation unit among two or more soundproof wall foundation units having the shape of a hollow cuboid, which is hollow in a lengthwise direction, and one or more second concave parts formed on the second bonding surface of the adjacent second soundproof wall foundation facing the first bonding surface of the first soundproof wall foundation unit, wherein blast furnace slag powder or fly ash is included as the binder of the three-component concrete composition in addition to cement and ferro-nickel slag powder.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 페로니켈 슬래그 미분말을 이용한 3성분계 콘크리트 조성물을 이용하여 제조된 방음벽기초는 길이방향으로 속이 빈 중공형의 직육면체 형상을 갖는 적어도 2 이상의 방음벽기초 유니트중 제 1 방음벽기초 유니트의 제 1 접합면에 형성되는 적어도 1 이상의 제 1 오목부와, 상기 제 1 방음벽기초 유니트의 제 1 접합면에 대향하여 인접한 제 2 방음벽기초 유니트의 제 2 접합면에 형성되는 적어도 1 이상의 제 2 오목부중 적어도 하나에 페로니켈 슬래그 미분말을 이용한 3성분계 콘크리트 조성물로 이루어진 그라우트재를 충진하여 상기 제 1 방음벽기초 유니트와 상기 제 2 방음벽기초 유니트 사이를 접합하며, 상기 3 성분계 콘크리트 조성물 결합재로서 시멘트, 페로니켈 슬래그 미분말 이외에 고로 슬래그 미분말 또는 플라이애쉬를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
