The present invention relates to a glass wool panel, capable of preventing degradation in durability. According to the present invention, grass wool is disposed between a pair of vertically positioned metal plates as an insulating core material, wherein the insulating core material includes a glass wool mat having a certain thickness. Moreover, the glass wool mat is a mat type structure manufactured by using glass wool, which is a glass fiber, as a main material, mixing a liquid binder for insulation fireproofing reinforcement with the glass wool, and then molding and processing the same.
본 발명은 그라스울 판넬에 관한 것으로서, 상하에 위치된 한쌍의 금속판 사이에 그라스울을 단열심재로 배치하되 접착시트 또는 접착제층을 매개로 결합하여 일체로 구성하는 그라스울 판넬에 있어서, 상기 단열심재는, 일정 두께를 갖는 그라스울매트로 구성하되, 상기 그라스울매트는 주재료로서 유리섬유인 그라스울을 사용하고, 상기 그라스울 측 단열성과 내화성능을 강화하면서 수분 흡수를 방지 및 경량화를 구현하도록 에어로젤분말, 불소실란, 실리콘불소화합물, 화산석분말, 퍼라이트분말 중에서 2가지 이상을 포함하여 배합된 액상의 단열내화강화용 바인더를 그라스울과 혼합한 후 성형 가공하여 제조한 매트형 구조체이며, 상기 한쌍의 금속판은 내외피재로서 도장용융 아연도금강판으로 이루어지고, 상기 접착시트 또는 접착제층은 접착성과 난연성을 부여하기 위해 폴리올레핀 주쇄에 극성 작용기를 포함하는 중합체 또는 화합물로 이루어지되, 상기 극성 작용기는 카복실산기, 산무수기, 아미노기, 에폭시기, 아이소사이아네이트기, 옥사졸린기, 말레이미드기, 인산기, 인산 에스터기, 붕산기, 붕산 에스터기, 티아란기 중에서 1종 이상을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명에 따르면, 기존의 그라스울을 단열심재로 단독 사용하는 구조에 비해 단열성을 높여 에너지 효율을 높일 수 있고, 이와 더불어 발수성을 구비하므로 수분 흡수를 차단 및 최소화할 수 있어 그라스울 판넬을 시공하여 사용중에 발생할 수 있는 내구성 저하를 방지할 수 있으며, 단열성과 더불어 내화성능을 높일 수 있는 장점을 제공할 수 있다.
