The present invention relates to a glass wool composite panel. The glass wool composite panel comprises: a plurality of compression wood materials for a structure arranged in parallel to each other; a glass wool block disposed between the compression wood materials for a structure; compression plywood for a structure disposed on both of one side and the other side of the glass wool block, wherein the sides are opposite to each other, and coupled to the compression wood materials and the glass wool block; a watertight sheet disposed on the compression plywood for a structure on both sides of the glass wool block; a gypsum board disposed on the watertight sheet on one side of the glass wool block to be coupled to the compression plywood for a structure; and an aerated concrete board disposed on the watertight sheet on the other side of the glass wool block to be coupled to the compression plywood for a structure. The glass wool composite panel can prevent a fire and delay spread of the fire.
