The present invention relates to a reclaiming apparatus and a reclaiming method using a rotating disc throwing device and, more specifically, to a reclaiming apparatus using a rotating disc throwing device for reclamation on the sea through a reclaimer installed on a barge, which includes: the reclaimer which is installed on the barge and of which the end faces a reclamation area in case of reclamation on the sea; and a throwing device which is installed on the end of the reclaimer, in which a reclaiming agent is inserted into an insertion part provided on the end of the reclaimer, and which throws and sprays the reclaiming agent toward the reclamation area.
본 발명은 회전원반투척기를 이용한 매립장치 및 매립공법에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 바지선에 설치된 리클라이머를 통해 해상 매립을 하기 위한 매립장치에 있어서, 상기 바지선에 설치되며 해상매립시 끝단이 매립영역 측을 향하는 리클라이머; 및 상기 리클라이머 끝단에 설치되어 상기 리클라이머 끝단에 구비된 투입부를 통해 매립제가 투입되어 매립영역측을 향해 상기 매립제를 투척, 분사시키는 투척기;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 회전원반투척기를 이용한 매립장치에 관한 것이다.
