According to the present invention, an insulation gang form includes: a steel plate; transverse support parts fixed to a surface of the steel plate at set intervals in a transverse direction; an insulation material positioned between the transverse support parts spaced apart from each other; longitudinal support parts fixed to upper portions of the transverse support parts in a longitudinal direction at set intervals in a cross state; and insulation material separation preventing parts positioned between the insulation material and the longitudinal support parts to attach the insulation material to the steel plate. According to the present invention, the insulation gang form couples the insulation material separation preventing parts between the longitudinal support parts and the insulation material spaced apart therefrom so that the bottom is attached to the insulation material, thereby simply and easily attaching and fixing the insulation material to the steel plate.
개시된 본 발명에 따른 단열 갱폼은, 철판; 상기 철판의 표면에 설정 간격마다 횡방향으로 고정되는 횡방향 지지부; 상기 횡방향 지지부의 이격된 사이에 위치되는 단열재; 상기 횡방향 지지부의 상부에 교차된 상태로 설정 간격마다 종방향으로 고정되는 종방향 지지부; 및 상기 단열재와 상기 종방향 지지부의 사이에 위치되어 상기 단열재를 상기 철판에 밀착시키는 단열재 이격방지부;를 포함한다. 본 발명에 의하면, 단열재 이격방지부를 종방향 지지부와 이와 이격된 단열재의 사이에 결합시켜 저면이 단열재에 밀착되게 함으로써 철판에 단열재를 간단하고 용이하게 밀착 고정시키는 효과가 있다.
