개시된 본 발명에 따른 단열 갱폼은, 철판; 상기 철판의 표면에 설정 간격마다 횡방향으로 고정되는 횡방향 지지부; 상기 횡방향 지지부의 이격된 사이에 위치되는 단열재; 상기 횡방향 지지부의 상부에 교차된 상태로 설정 간격마다 종방향으로 고정되는 종방향 지지부; 및 상기 단열재와 상기 종방향 지지부의 사이에 위치되어 상기 단열재를 상기 철판에 밀착시키는 단열재 이격방지부;를 포함한다. 본 발명에 의하면, 단열재 이격방지부를 종방향 지지부와 이와 이격된 단열재의 사이에 결합시켜 저면이 단열재에 밀착되게 함으로써 철판에 단열재를 간단하고 용이하게 밀착 고정시키는 효과가 있다.
An insulation gang form according to the present invention disclosed comprises: an iron plate; a transverse support part fixed to the surface of the iron plate in the transverse direction at set intervals; an insulating material positioned between the transverse support part; a longitudinal support part which is fixed in the longitudinal direction at set intervals in a crossed state on the upper part of the transverse support part; and an insulation material separation prevention part located between the insulating material and the longitudinal support part to prevent the separation of the insulating material in close contact with the iron plate. According to the present invention, there is an effect of simply and easily fixing the insulating material to the iron plate by coupling the insulating material separation prevention part between the longitudinal support part and the insulating material spaced therefrom so that the bottom surface is in close contact with the insulating material.
