Soundproof Cover Device for Working Drill
The present invention relates to a soundproof cover device capable of preventing a noise produced from a drilling machine drilling a hole on the ground for building and civil engineering construction so as to efficiently reduce a noise produced when drilling a hole on the ground for building and civil engineering foundation construction. The soundproof cover device includes: a main cover part forming a wall surface by surrounding the periphery of a bottom part adjacent to the ground, of a drill of the drilling machine, while surrounding the periphery in response to the drill of the drilling machine, and blocking a noise caused by a drilling operation of the drilling machine; and a plurality of changeable cover parts connected and coupled to an upper part of the main cover part, while being connected and coupled such that its length can be changed in response to the height of the drilling machine. The main cover part includes: a cover door formed on one side to be openable; and an opening and closing operation means connected to the cover door and operating the cover door to be openable through a forward and backward extension motion of a rod towards the cover door.
본 발명은 건설 및 토목 기초 공사시 지반을 천공할 때 발생하는 소음을 효율적으로 저감함을 제공하도록, 건설 및 토목 공사의 지반을 천공하는 천공기에서 작업시 발생하는 소음을 방지하는 방음 커버장치에 있어서, 상기 천공기의 천공 드릴에 대응하여 주변을 감싸되 상기 천공 드릴 중 지반에 접하는 하단부의 주변을 감싸 벽면을 형성하고, 상기 천공기의 천공 구동에 따른 소음을 차단하는 메인커버부와; 상기 메인커버부의 상부에 연결 결합하되 상기 천공기의 높이에 대응하여 길이를 가변 가능하게 연결 결합하는 복수 개의 가변커버부;를 포함하고, 상기 메인커버부에는, 일면에 개폐 가능하게 형성하는 커버도어와, 상기 커버도어에 대응하여 연결 설치하고 상기 커버도어를 향한 로드의 전후 신장운동으로 상기 커버도어를 개폐 가능하게 구동하는 개폐구동수단을 포함하는 천공 드릴용 방음 커버장치를 제공한다.
