The present invention relates to a far-infrared air purification block using charcoal, which is applied to manufacture a reinforced earth retaining wall block, a vegetation block, and a shore block. According to the present invention, a method for manufacturing a far-infrared air purification block using charcoal comprises: a first process of manufacturing raw materials by mixing cement, crushed fine aggregate, fine aggregate, charcoal, and an admixture; and a second process of putting the mixed raw materials into a mold and pressing the mold to produce a semi-finished product. Accordingly, a reinforced soil retaining wall block, a vegetation block, and a shore block can be manufactured. Since far-infrared rays are emitted, the far-infrared air purification block using charcoal provides effects of helping in removing bacteria that cause various diseases, expanding capillaries to promote blood circulation and generation of cell tissue, activating cell tissue to prevent aging and various adult diseases, such as lowered metabolism, and chronic fatigue, and the like, and also being effective in antibacterial, dehumidification, and air purification.
본 발명은 숯을 사용한 원적외선 공기정화블럭에 관한 것으로, 보강토 옹벽 블록, 식생 블록, 호안블록의 제조에 적용되는 것으로, 시멘트, 부순잔골재, 잔골재 ,숯, 혼화제를 혼합하여 원재료를 제조하는 1공정; 혼합된 원재료를 형틀에 투입하고, 가압하여 반제품을 생산하는 2공정;을 포함하여 구성된다. 이에 따르면, 보강토 옹벽 블록, 식생 블록, 호안블록을 제조할 수 있으며, 원적외선이 방사되므로 각종 질병의 원인이되는 세균을 없애는데 도움이되고, 모세혈관을 확장시켜 혈액순환과 세포조직 생성에 도움을 주며, 세포조직의 활성화로 노화방지, 신진대사촉진, 마성피로등 각종 성인병 예방에 효과가 있으며 항균, 제습, 공기정화 등에도 효과가 있다.
