INK COMPOSITION OF SILKSCREEN PRINTING FOR FIRE DOOR AND MANUFACTURING METHOD OF FIRE DOOR USING THE SAME
The present invention relates to a silkscreen ink composition for manufacturing a fire door and a fire door manufacturing method using the same, and an objective of the present invention is to prevent whitening of a processed portion when pressing is performed after silkscreen printing on a steel sheet, increase the hardness and scratch resistance of a coating film, and allow a frame to be assembled in a non-welding manner. According to the present invention, the silkscreen ink composition comprises polyester resin, a crosslinking agent, a curing catalyst, a solvent, silicone additives, an antifoaming agent, polyamide particles, and a matting agent. The polyester resin is manufactured by blending a linear polyester resin A, a branched polyester resin B, and a linear modified polyester resin C.
본 발명은 방화문 제조용 실크스크린 잉크 조성물 및 이를 이용한 방화문 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 강판에 실크스크린 인쇄를 한 후 프레스 가공을 할 때, 가공부의 백화현상을 방지하고, 도막의 경도와 내스크래치성을 향상시킬 수 있으며, 프레임을 무용접 방식으로 조립할 수 있도록 하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 본 발명에 따른 실크스크린 잉크 조성물은, 폴리에스테르 수지와, 가교제와, 경화촉매와, 용제와, 실리콘첨가제와, 소포제와, 폴리아미드 입자와, 소광제를 포함하여 구성되고, 상기 폴리에스테르 수지는, 선형 폴리에스테르 A수지와, 브랜치 폴리에스테르 B수지와, 선형 변성 폴리에스테르 C수지를 블렌딩하여 제조되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
