The present invention relates to an apparatus for connecting unit members of a polymer railroad rail. The apparatus comprises: base plates (20) formed to be in close contact with the side surfaces of one unit member (10) and the other unit member (10), and each having a fixing hole (21) and a movable hole (23); guide members (30) for movably supporting guide blocks (31) in the movable holes (23) of the base plates (20); first fastening members (40) for connecting both the unit members (10) to each other with a pair of spiral rods (41) by the base plates (20); and second fastening members (50) for connecting both ends of opposite spiral rods (51) to each other with the pair of spiral rods (51). Accordingly, in a process of constructing unit members formed of engineering plastics, the unit members closely meet each other to form a railroad rail, and thus mass production technology for providing high-quality railroad services can be established.
본 발명은 폴리머 철도레일의 단위 부재를 연결하는 장치에 있어서: 일측 및 타측 단위 부재(10)의 측면에 밀착 가능하게 형성되고, 고정공(21)과 가동공(23)을 지니는 베이스플레이트(20); 상기 베이스플레이트(20)의 가동공(23)에 안내블록(31)을 이동 가능하게 지지하는 안내부재(30); 상기 베이스플레이트(20)를 통하여 양측 단위 부재(10)를 한 쌍의 나선봉(41)으로 연결하는 제1체결부재(40); 및 상기 대향하는 나선봉(51)의 양측 단부를 한 쌍의 나선봉(51)으로 연결하는 제2체결부재(50);를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한다. 이에 따라, 엔지니어링 플라스틱으로 성형된 단위 부재를 시공하는 과정에서 상호 긴밀하게 맞대어 철도용 레일을 구성하므로 철도 서비스의 고품질화 실현을 위한 양산적용 기술을 확립하는 효과가 있다.
