The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of an elastic mortar coating film waterproofing agent, comprising the steps of: mixing 80 to 90 parts by weight of 3-methylcyclohexanone, 70 to 80 parts by weight of octanoic acid, 60 to 70 parts by weight of 3-butenoic acid, 50 to 60 parts by weight of sodium isopropoxide, and 40 to 50 parts by weight of benzyl bromide with 100 parts by weight of a composite obtained by mixing ethylene vinyl acetate emulsion, methyl methacrylate emulsion, and aqueous polyurethane in a volume ratio of 3 : 2 : 1 to manufacture a solution A; and mixing mortar in the solution A in a predetermined volume ratio. In addition, the manufacturing method of an elastic mortar coating film waterproofing agent has improved durability of a coating film layer.
본 발명에 의하면, 에틸렌비닐아세테이트 에멀젼, 메틸메타아크레레이트 에멀젼 및 수성폴리우레탄을 3:2:1의 부피비로 혼합한 복합물 100 중량부에 3-메틸싸이클로헥사논 80~90 중량부, 옥타노익에씨드 70~80 중량부, 3-뷰테노익에씨드 60~70 중량부, 쇼듐이소프로폭사이드 50~60 중량부 및 벤질브로마이드 40~50 중량부가 혼합되어 A액이 제조되는 단계와; 상기 A액에 몰탈이 소정의 부피비로 혼합되는 단계를 포함하는 탄성 몰탈 도막방수제 제조방법이 제공된다.
