An embodiment of the present invention relates to an interior and exterior panel manufacturing method. Used for the interior and exterior panel manufacturing method is a manufacturing apparatus comprising a base having an upper surface where a concave molding space is formed, wherein the bottom surface of the molding space has concave and rectangular plate-shaped insertion spaces, and a molding body positioned on the upper side of the base and capable of moving upward and downward with respect to the base. The interior and exterior panel manufacturing method comprises: (a) a step in which a plurality of tile members are respectively inserted into the insertion spaces; (b) a step in which an insulating material is put into the molding space; (c) a step in which an interior and exterior panel is generated by the molding body closing the molding space, compressing and heating the insulating material, and attaching the insulating material to the tile members; and (d) a step in which the molding body is moved away from the molding space and the interior and exterior panel is separated from the molding space.
본 발명의 기술적 사상에 의한 일 실시예에 따른 내외장재 패널 제조 방법은, 상면에는 오목하게 성형 공간이 형성되고 성형 공간의 바닥면에는 직사각형 플레이트 형상으로 이루어진 복수 개의 삽입 공간이 오목하게 형성된 베이스, 및 베이스의 상측에 위치되어 베이스에 대하여 상하방향으로 이동가능한 성형 몸체를 갖는 제조 장치를 이용한 내외장재 패널 제조 방법에 있어서, (a) 복수 개의 타일 부재가 각각 삽입 공간에 삽입되는 단계; (b) 단열 재료가 성형 공간에 투입되는 단계; (c) 성형 몸체가 성형 공간을 폐쇄하고, 단열 재료를 압축시키고 가열하여 타일 부재에 부착시켜, 내외장재 패널이 생성되는 단계; 및 (d) 성형 몸체가 성형 공간으로부터 이격되도록 이동되고, 내외장재 패널이 성형 공간으로부터 분리되는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 할 수 있다.
