EMERGENCY SHELTER DEVICE FOR APARTMENT HOUSE
The present invention relates to an emergency evacuation system for apartment houses, which has a fire prevention function for a veranda side fire to prevent flame, heat, and smoke from penetrating to a veranda side in case of a fire. The emergency evacuation system for apartment house of the present invention comprises: a handrail (20) installed in a balcony (10) of an apartment house, and having a plurality of vertical frame members (21) erected at regular intervals to each other, and a horizontal frame member (22) connected to an upper end of the vertical frame members (21) and having both sides in a longitudinal direction to be fixed to a wall of each balcony (10); an evacuation auxiliary member (30) installed to be withdrawn to the outside within the horizontal frame member (22) of the handrail (20); a spray member (40) rotatably installed on an upper portion of the horizontal frame member (22) of the handrail (20), and spraying firewater into the balcony (10) when a fire occurs; an evacuation space forming member (50) formed in a foldable structure to be unfolded and folded in one direction by being coupled to the vertical frame members (21) of the handrail (20); and an evacuation container member (60) inserted into the evacuation space forming member (50), and allowing evacuees to board for evacuation in case of a fire.
본 발명은 화재시 화염, 열기 및 연기 등이 베란다 측으로 침투하는 것을 방지할 수 있도록 베란다측 화재에 대한 방화기능을 갖도록 구성된 공동주택용 긴급 대피 시스템에 관한 것으로, 공동주택의 발코니(10)에 설치되는 것으로 상호 간에 일정 간격을 두고 세워지는 다수의 수직 프레임 부재(21) 및 상기 수직 프레임 부재(21)의 상단부에 연결되며 길이방향의 양측이 각각 발코니(10)의 벽체에 고정되는 수평 프레임 부재(22)로 이루어지는 난간(20)과; 상기 난간(20)의 수평 프레임 부재(22) 내에 외부로 인출가능하게 설치되는 대피 보조부재(30)와; 상기 난간(20)의 수평 프레임 부재(21) 상부에 회동가능하게 설치되며 화재 발생시 상기 발코니(10) 내부를 향해 소방수를 분사하도록 구성된 분사부재(40)와; 상기 난간(20)의 다수의 수직 프레임 부재(21)에 결합되어 일방향으로 펼침과 접힘가능하게 절첩구조로 구성되는 대피공간 형성부재(50)와; 상기 대피공간 형성부재(50) 내에 삽입되어 화재 발생시 대피자가 탑승하여 대피할 수 있는 대피용 컨테이너 부재(60)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
