Drainage Facilities for Underground Parking Lots in Apartment Housing
The present invention relates to a drainage facility for an underground parking lot in an apartment building. The drainage facility comprises: a drainage channel installed in each basement level of an underground parking lot consisting of a plurality of floors to collect rainwater to one side; drain pipes extending from the plurality of drainage channels, respectively, and connected to one main pipe to collect rainwater in a sewage pipe to which the main pipe is connected; a filter rotatably installed by a bearing in the hole of the drainage channel to which the drain pipe is connected, and filtering out foreign substances included in rainwater; a water wheel member rotatably installed in the drain channel, and rotated by rainwater flowing along the drain channel; and a power transmission unit for converting the rotational motion of the water wheel member into the rotational motion of the filter and transmitting the same. When rainwater flows along the drainage channel, the water wheel member is rotated by the flow rate of the rainwater, the rotational motion of the water wheel member is converted into the rotational motion of the filter and transmitted by operation of the power transmission unit. Therefore, foreign substances included in rainwater can be prevented from being accumulated on the outer wall of the filter after being filtered out by the filter.
본 발명은, 복수 개의 층으로 이루어지는 지하주차장 각각의 지하층에 설치되어 우수를 일측으로 모으는 배수로; 복수 개의 상기 배수로에서 각각 연장되어 하나의 주배관에 연결되어 상기 주배관이 연결되는 하수관로에 우수를 모으는 배수관; 상기 배수관이 연결되는 상기 배수로의 홀부에 베어링에 의해 회전 가능하게 설치되고, 우수 중에 포함되는 이물질을 거르는 거름망; 상기 배수로에 회전 가능하게 설치되고, 상기 배수로를 따라 흐르는 우수에 의해 회전되는 수차부재; 및 상기 수차부재의 회전운동을 상기 거름망의 회전운동으로 변환시켜 전달하는 동력전달부를 포함하고, 상기 배수로를 따라 우수가 흐르면 우수의 유속에 의해 상기 수차부재가 회전되고, 상기 수차부재의 회전운동이 상기 동력전달부의 작동에 의해 상기 거름망의 회전운동으로 변환되어 전달되므로 우수 중에 포함되는 이물질이 상기 거름망에 의해 걸러진 후에 상기 거름망의 외벽에 이물질이 누적되는 것을 방지하는 것을 특징으로 한다.

The present invention relates to a drainage facility for an underground parking lot in an apartment building.
