The present invention relates to a waterproof structure for an underground parking lot of an apartment house, which includes a waterproof and insulation structure capable of efficiently performing leakage discharge and waterproofing and improving insulation effect. According to the present invention, the waterproof structure for an underground parking lot of an apartment house includes: a base layer unit; an insulation layer unit formed in the upper part of the base layer unit as a layer of an insulation material; a low pressure insulation layer; a control unit controlling the low pressure insulation layer to be maintained at a low pressure; and a waterproof layer unit installed in the upper part of the low pressure insulation layer. The low pressure insulation layer includes: a lower layer unit of the low pressure insulation layer installed in the upper part of the insulation layer unit; an upper layer unit of the low pressure insulation layer installed in the upper part of the lower layer unit of the low pressure insulation layer; and a support member supporting the load of the upper part transferred through the upper layer unit of the low pressure insulation layer by being installed between the lower layer unit of the low pressure insulation layer and the upper layer unit of the low pressure insulation layer. The low pressure insulation layer also includes: a moisture discharge unit discharging moisture in the low pressure insulation layer to the outside; a ventilation unit controlling ventilation in the low pressure insulation layer; and a heating unit heating air flowing into the low pressure insulation layer through the ventilation unit.
본 발명은 공동주택 지하주차장 방수구조에 관한 것으로서, 본 발명에 따른 공동주택 지하주차장 방수구조는 베이스 층부; 상기 베이스 층부 상부에 단열 소재의 층으로 형성되는 단열층부; 상기 단열층부 상부에 구비되는 저압 단열층 저층부과, 상기 저압 단열층 저층부 상부에 구비되는 저압 단열층 상층부와, 상기 저압 단열층 저층부와 상기 저압 단열층 상층부 사이에 구비되어 상기 저압 단열층 상층부를 통하여 전달되는 상부의 하중을 지지하는 지지부재를 구비하는 저압 단열층; 상기 저압 단열층을 저압으로 유지시키도록 제어하는 제어부; 및 상기 저압 단열층 상부에 구비되는 방수층부;를 포함하고, 상기 저압 단열층은, 상기 저압 단열층 내의 수분을 외부로 배출하는 물기 배출부; 상기 저압 단열층 내의 환기를 단속하는 환기부; 및 상기 환기부를 통하여 상기 저압 단열층 내로 유입되는 공기를 가열하는 가열부;를 포함한다.
