Square shaft for grip handle
The present invention relates to a compatible structure of a square shaft for a window grip handle. A square shaft (3) mounted on a grip handle (1) and interlocked by a grip (11) is divided into a sqaure shaft rod (3a) and an eccentric cam plate (3b). The eccentric cam plate (3b) has a coupling hole (31) formed so that two-way square holes overlap each other, allowing the square shaft rod (3a) to be selectively coupled thereto in a 45° direction or a 90° direction. A circular seating protrusion portion (32) is formed on an upper side of the coupling hole (31). The square shaft rod (3a) has, at an upper end, a circular seating portion (33) that can be seated on the seating protrusion portion (32). The coupling direction of the square shaft rod (3a) can be easily adjusted to assemble the same. When a user or an orderer requires a keeper (2) from a different manufacturer or desires to replace a grip handle from a different manufacturer with the grip handle (1), the user or the orderer couples the square shaft rod (3a) to the coupling hole (31) of the eccentric cam plate (3b) according to the position of the square hole (21') of a rotor (21) mounted on the keeper (2) and then assemble and mount the same thereinto, thereby increasing compatibility. Accordingly, the compatibility structure can respond very stably and quickly to the need of the orderer or the user, thereby maximizing reliability.
본 발명은 창호 그립핸들의 사각축 호환구조에 관한 것이다. 구성에 있어서, 본 발명은 그립핸들(1)에 장착되어 그립(11)에 의해 연동하는 사각축(3)을 사각축봉(3a)과 편심캠판(3b)으로 분리 구성하되, 상기 편심캠판(3b)에는 사각축봉(3a)을 45°방향 또는 90°방향으로 선택 결합할 수 있도록 두 방향의 사각구멍이 겹치게끔 형성하여서 된 결합구멍(31)을 구비함과 동시에, 상기 결합구멍(31) 상측에 원형의 안착단턱부(32)를 형성하고, 사각축봉(3a)은 상단에 상기 안착단턱부(32)에 안착될 수 있는 원형의 안착부(33)를 형성함으로서 손쉽게 사각축봉(3a)의 결합방향을 조정하여 조립할 수 있게 함을 특징으로 한다. 이와 같이 구성된 본 발명은 사용자 또는 주문자가, 제조사가 다른 키퍼(2)를 요구하거나 또는 제조사가 다른 그립핸들을 당사의 그립핸들(1)로 교체하고자 하는 경우 키퍼(2)에 장착된 로터(21)의 사각구멍(21') 위치에 맞춰 사각축봉(3a)을 편심캠판(3b)의 결합구멍(31)에 결합시킨 뒤 조립장착하면 됨으로 호환성이 매우 뛰어나며, 이에 따라 주문자 또는 사용자의 요구에 매우 안정적이면서도 신속하게 대응할 수 있어 신뢰성이 극대화되는 등의 많은 효과가 따르게 된다.

The present invention relates to a compatible structure of a square shaft for a window grip handle. A square shaft (3) mounted on a grip handle (1) and interlocked by a grip (11) is divided into a sqaure shaft rod (3a) and an eccentric cam plate (3b). The eccentric cam plate (3b) has a coupling hole (31) formed so that two-way square holes overlap each other, allowing the square shaft rod (3a) to be selectively coupled thereto in a 45° direction or a 90° direction. When a user or an orderer requires a keeper (2) from a different manufacturer or desires to replace a grip handle from a different manufacturer with the grip handle (1), the user or the orderer couples the square shaft rod (3a) to the coupling hole (31) of the eccentric cam plate (3b) according to the position of the square hole (21') of a rotor (21) mounted on the keeper (2) and then assemble and mount the same thereinto, thereby increasing compatibility. Accordingly, the compatibility structure can respond very stably and quickly to the need of the orderer or the user, thereby maximizing reliability.
본 발명은 창호 그립핸들의 사각축 호환구조에 관한 것이다. 구성에 있어서, 본 발명은 그립핸들(1)에 장착되어 그립(11)에 의해 연동하는 사각축(3)을 사각축봉(3a)과 편심캠판(3b)으로 분리 구성하되, 상기 편심캠판(3b)에는 사각축봉(3a)을 45°방향 또는 90°방향으로 선택 결합할 수 있도록 두 방향의 사각구멍이 겹치게끔 형성하여서 된 결합구멍(31)을 구비함과 동시에, 상기 결합구멍(31) 상측에 원형의 안착단턱부(32)를 형성하고, 사각축봉(3a)은 상단에 상기 안착단턱부(32)에 안착될 수 있는 원형의 안착부(33)를 형성함으로서 손쉽게 사각축봉(3a)의 결합방향을 조정하여 조립할 수 있게 함을 특징으로 한다. 이와 같이 구성된 본 발명은 사용자 또는 주문자가, 제조사가 다른 키퍼(2)를 요구하거나 또는 제조사가 다른 그립핸들을 당사의 그립핸들(1)로 교체하고자 하는 경우 키퍼(2)에 장착된 로터(21)의 사각구멍(21') 위치에 맞춰 사각축봉(3a)을 편심캠판(3b)의 결합구멍(31)에 결합시킨 뒤 조립장착하면 됨으로 호환성이 매우 뛰어나며, 이에 따라 주문자 또는 사용자의 요구에 매우 안정적이면서도 신속하게 대응할 수 있어 신뢰성이 극대화되는 등의 많은 효과가 따르게 된다.
