The present invention relates to a semi-nonflammable corrugated board to which a semi-nonflammable kenaf fiberboard adheres, and a manufacturing method thereof, wherein the semi-nonflammable corrugated board is environmentally friendly, has excellent semi-nonflammable properties, is light and easy to process, has good workability, can be applied in various ways, and has a low price. To this end, the semi-nonflammable corrugated board to which a semi-nonflammable kenaf fiberboard adheres comprises: a semi-nonflammable corrugated cardboard layer which is impregnated in a semi-nonflammable resin solution and then taken out and heated, aged, and dried; and a semi-nonflammable kenaf fiberboard layer which is made with the kenaf impregnated with the semi-nonflammable resin solution and then taken out, pressed and dried, wherein the kenaf respectively adheres to opposite sides of the semi-nonflammable corrugated cardboard layer with a semi-nonflammable adhesive.
본 발명은 친환경적이고 준불연 특성이 우수할 뿐만 아니라 가볍고 가공이 용이하여 작업성이 좋으며 다양하게 적용할 수 있고 가격도 낮은 준불연 케나프 섬유판이 접착된 준불연 골판지 보드 및 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 이를 위해 준불연 케나프 섬유판이 접착된 준불연 골판지 보드는 준불연 수지액에 함침 후 꺼내어 가열 숙성 건조된 준불연 골판지층, 및 상기 준불연 골판지층의 양측면에 준불연 접착제로 각각 접착시킨, 케나프가 준불연 수지액에 함침 후 꺼내어 압착 건조된 준불연 케나프 섬유판층을 포함한다.
