The present invention relates to an opening and closing device for an outdoor hydrant, capable of preventing the malfunction of opening and closing components in an outdoor hydrant caused by the excessive locking of the outdoor hydrant. According to the present invention, the opening and closing device includes: a fixing member formed to be fixed to an upper part of an outdoor hydrant to be detachable; an opening and closing control member combined with the fixing member to be rotatable through the following rotation support means in a center part, and having a coupler detachably combined with a protruding head for opening/closing coupling; the rotation support means formed between the fixing member and the opening and closing control member such that the opening and closing control member can be rotated with respect to the fixing member; a rotation detection module provided between the fixing member and the opening and closing control member to detect the rotation of the opening and closing control member with respect to the fixing member; a notification module provided on the fixing member or the opening and closing control member to generate at least one of acoustic and visual notification signals by receiving a control signal of the following control module; the following control module provided on the fixing member or the opening and closing control member, and formed to calculate a rotation amount by receiving a rotation detection signal detected by the rotation detection signal, and then, deliver a notification control signal to the notification module based on the calculated rotation amount; and a battery provided to provide operation power to the control module.
본 발명은 옥외소화전의 과도한 잠금으로 인한 소화전 내부 개폐 구성부들의 고장을 방지할 수 있는 옥외 소화전 전용 개폐 장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면, 옥외소화전의 상단부에 착탈 가능하게 고정되도록 구성되는 고정 부재; 중심부에서 하기 회전 지지 수단을 통해 상기 고정 부재에 회전 가능하게 결합되고, 상기 개폐체결용 돌출헤드에 착탈 가능하게 결합되는 체결구가 형성되는 개폐 조작 부재; 상기 고정 부재에 대하여 상기 개폐 조작 부재가 회전 가능하도록 상기 고정 부재와 개폐 조작 부재 간에 구성되는 회전 지지 수단; 상기 고정 부재와 개폐 조작 부재 간에 구비되어 상기 고정 부재에 대한 개폐 조작 부재의 회전을 검출하도록 구성되는 회전 검출 모듈; 상기 고정 부재 또는 상기 개폐 조작 부재에 구비되어 하기 제어 모듈의 제어 신호를 전달받아 청각적 알림 신호 및 시각적 알림 신호 중 적어도 하나 이상을 발생하도록 구성되는 알림 모듈; 상기 고정 부재 또는 개폐 조작 부재에 구비되며, 상기 회전 검출 모듈에서 검출된 회전 검출 신호를 전달받아 회전량을 산출하고, 산출된 회전량에 기반하여 상기 알림 모듈에 알림 제어 신호를 전달하도록 구성되는 제어 모듈; 및 상기 제어 모듈에 동작 전력을 제공하도록 구비되는 배터리;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 옥외 소화전 전용 개폐 장치가 제공된다.
