According to the present invention, a cleaning drum is filled with introduced water introduced into a water storage space of a water tank while being lifted by buoyancy, and then, the introduced water in the cleaning drum is discharged by the overturning of the cleaning drum at a moment when the discharge of the introduced water in the water storage space is completed, such that sediments precipitated in the bottom of the water tank can be cleaned. To achieve the objective, provided is a nonpowered drum-type water tank cleaning apparatus using buoyancy including: an asymmetric cleaning drum; and a cleaning drum operation part. Accordingly, the present invention has an effect of making maintenance convenient through a simple structure as well as bringing about excellent economic feasibility due to a nonpowered property and also has an effect of securing high reliability with respect to the efficiency of cleaning the water tank as well as maximizing the utilization of the ground above the water tank.
본 발명은 저류조의 저류 공간으로 유입되는 유입수가 세척 드럼에 채워짐과 동시에 부력에 상승 된 후 저류 공간 내의 유입수의 배출이 완료된 시점에서 세척 드럼의 전복에 의해 세척 드럼에 채워진 유입수를 배출시켜 저류조의 바닥면에 침전된 퇴적물을 세척할 수 있도록 비대칭형 세척 드럼; 및 세척 드럼 작동부;를 포함하는 부력을 이용한 무동력 드럼형 저류조 세척장치를 제공한다. 그에 따라 간단한 구조에 의해 유지관리가 편리함은 물론 무동력에 따른 경제성이 우수한 효과와 저류조의 세척 효율성에 대한 높은 신뢰성을 확보와 함께 저류조 상부 지면 활용도를 극대화할 수 있는 효과도 가진다.
