DECK SYSTEM HAVING HIGH-STRENGTH WOOD DECKS
The present invention relates to a deck system having a high-strength wooden deck, capable of making a wooden deck have strength similar to hardwood by drying and treating the wooden deck at a high temperature; preventing an accident caused by a crack between wooden decks by sealing a space between the wooden decks through a simple structure; significantly reducing breakage caused by an external force applied to the wooden deck after construction by offsetting the external force; improving walkability by elastically supporting the wooden deck; and smoothly preventing damage or breakage caused by the expansion of the wooden deck by properly supporting the expansion of the wooden deck. The deck system includes: a frame (10) fixed to the ground; a plurality of wooden decks (20) placed consecutively on an upper side of the frame (10); a plurality of deck clips (30) placed on the upper side of the frame (10) between the wooden deck (20) and the wooden deck (20) to elastically support the wooden decks (20) while fixing the same; an insertion plate (40) inserted into an upper part of the deck clips (30) between the wooden deck (20) and the wooden deck (20); and a fixing screw (50) coupled with the frame (10) through the deck clips (30) on an upper side of the insertion plate (40).
본 발명은 목재데크를 건조 및 고열처리하여 하드우드와 유사한 강도를 가지도록 하고 간단한 구조로 목재데크와 목재데크 사이를 밀봉하여 목재데크 사이의 벌어진 틈에 의한 안전사고 유발이 미연에 방지되도록 하고 목재데크에 가해지는 외력을 상쇄하여 시공후 외력에 의한 파손이 현저히 감소되도록 하며 목재데크를 탄성적으로 지지하여 보행성이 향상되도록 하고 목재데크의 팽창을 적절히 지지하여 목재데크의 팽창에 따른 손상이나 파손이 원활히 방지되도록 하는 고강도 목재데크를 가지는 데크 시스템에 관한 것으로, 본 데크 시스템은 지면에 고정되는 프레임(10)과, 상기 프레임(10)의 상면에 연속하여 배치되는 다수의 목재데크(20)와, 상기 목재데크(20)와 목재데크(20)의 사이로 상기 프레임(10)의 상면에 배치되어 상기 목재데크(20)를 고정시키면서 탄성적으로 지지하는 다수의 데크클립(30)과, 상기 데크클립(30)의 상부로 상기 목재데크(20)와 목재데크(20)의 사이에 끼워지는 끼움판(40)과, 상기 끼움판(40)의 상면에서 상기 데크클립(30)을 관통하여 상기 프레임(10)에 체결되는 고정나사(50)를 포함한다.
