Fabrication Method of Carbon Composite
The present invention relates to a carbon composite material and a manufacturing method thereof. According to the present invention, the manufacturing method of the carbon composite material comprises the following steps of: a) impregnating a carbon fiber preform, in which a carbon fiber sheet is interlayer-bound by needle punching, with a liquid carbon source and pyrolyzing it to densify it, but densifying it by using multi-stage impregnation which performs pressure infiltration after normal pressure infiltration; and b) supplying silicon melt to the densified carbon fiber preform to produce silicon carbide.
본 발명은 탄소 복합재 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 따른 탄소 복합재의 제조방법은 a) 탄소섬유 시트가 니들펀칭에 의해 층간 결속된 탄소 섬유 프리폼을 액상 탄소원(carbon source)으로 함침하고 열분해하여 밀도화하되, 상압 침투 후 압력 침투(pressure infiltration)시키는 다단 함침을 이용하여 밀도화하는 단계; 및 b) 밀도화된 탄소섬유 프리폼에 규소 용융물을 공급하여 탄화규소를 생성하는 단계;를 포함한다.

The present invention relates to a carbon composite material and a manufacturing method thereof.
