In accordance with one embodiment of the present invention, there can be an effect of optimizing a road surface condition for a long time with a small amount of energy by heating and circulating fluids in a constant-temperature direct-water form through a metal heater boiler having a PTC constant-temperature heat emission characteristic while using a fluid having relatively high specific heat for the deicing and snow-removal of a road surface. To achieve the purpose, in accordance with one embodiment of the present invention, a road surface deicing and snow-removal system equipped with a metal heater boiler includes: an electric power company line part transmitting transmission electric power from an electric power company; a solar power generation part producing solar power based on sunlight; a power transmission part reversely transmitting the solar power produced by the solar power generation part to the electric power company line part; a boiler part receiving the transmission electric power or the solar power of the electric power company to heat fluids at a constant temperature; a heat storage part including a road surface, and a fluid pipe buried in a lower part of the road surface and storing the heated fluids therein; and a temperature/humidity sensor part sensing the ambient temperature/humidity of the road surface.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 의하면, 비열이 비교적 큰 유체를 노면의 제빙 및 제설에 이용하면서 PTC 정온 발열특성을 갖는 메탈히터 보일러를 이용하여 유체를 정온 직수 형태로 가열 및 순환시킬 수 있으므로 적은 에너지로 장시간 노면 상태를 최적화할 수 있는 효과가 있다. 이를 위해 특히 본 발명의 일 실시예는, 노면의 제빙 및 제설 시스템에 있어서, 전력회사로부터 송전 전력을 송전하는 전력회사 선로부; 태양광에 기반하여 태양광 전력을 생산하는 태양광 발전부; 태양광 발전부에서 생산된 태양광 전력을 전력회사 선로부로 역송전하는 송전부; 전력회사의 송전 전력 또는 태양광 전력을 공급받아 유체를 정온 가열하는 메탈히터 보일러부; 노면과, 노면 하부에 매설되고 가열된 유체를 내부에 수용하는 유체 배관을 포함하는 축열부; 및 노면 주위의 온습도를 감지하는 온습도 센서부를 포함하는 메탈히터 보일러가 구비된 노면의 제빙 및 제설 시스템을 포함한다.

본 발명의 일 실시예에 의하면, 비열이 비교적 큰 유체를 노면의 제빙 및 제설에 이용하면서 PTC 정온 발열특성을 갖는 메탈히터 보일러를 이용하여 유체를 정온 직수 형태로 가열 및 순환시킬 수 있으므로 적은 에너지로 장시간 노면 상태를 최적화할 수 있는 효과가 있다. 이를 위해 특히 본 발명의 일 실시예는, 노면의 제빙 및 제설 시스템에 있어서, 전력회사로부터 송전 전력을 송전하는 전력회사 선로부; 태양광에 기반하여 태양광 전력을 생산하는 태양광 발전부; 태양광 발전부에서 생산된 태양광 전력을 전력회사 선로부로 역송전하는 송전부; 전력회사의 송전 전력 또는 태양광 전력을 공급받아 유체를 정온 가열하는 메탈히터 보일러부; 노면과, 노면 하부에 매설되고 가열된 유체를 내부에 수용하는 유체 배관을 포함하는 축열부; 및 노면 주위의 온습도를 감지하는 온습도 센서부를 포함하는 메탈히터 보일러가 구비된 노면의 제빙 및 제설 시스템을 포함한다.
