MANUFACTURE APPARATUS OF LOAD STUD AND SCENERY LIGHTING LAMP
The present invention relates to an apparatus for manufacturing a road stud or a landscape lamp. The apparatus includes: a base frame; a plurality of transfer means installed in the base frame and independently transferring components of a road stud; an insertion guide means installed in the base frame, located in an upper part beside an end part in a transfer progress direction of the transfer means, and moving the components onto worktables; a lifting transfer means installed in the base frame and holding the components laid on each of the worktables to transfer the same onto a worktable next thereto; and an adhesive supply means installed in the base frame and applying or injecting an adhesive into the components of the road stud. Accordingly, a series of all manufacturing processes for assembling a road stud are automated to considerably improve product quality and efficiency for mass production as well as making a significant drop in a product defect rate.
본 발명은 도로 표지병 또는 경관등의 제조장치에 관한 것으로, 베이스 프레임; 상기 베이스 프레임에 설치되며 도로 표지병의 구성품을 독립적으로 이송시키는 복수의 이송수단; 상기 베이스 프레임에 설치되며 상기 이송수단의 이송 진행방향 단부쪽 상부에 위치하며 구성품을 작업 테이블 위로 이동시키는 투입 안내수단; 상기 베이스 프레임에 설치되며 상기 각각의 작업 테이블 위에 놓인 구성품을 파지하여 옆에 있는 작업 테이블 위로 이송시키는 리프팅 이송수단; 및 상기 베이스 프레임에 설치되며 도로 표지병의 구성품에 대해 접착제를 도포 또는 투입하는 접착제 공급수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 이에 따라, 도로 표지병을 조립하기 위한 일련의 모든 제조공정을 자동화하여 제품의 품질 및 대량 생산의 효율성을 크게 향상시킬 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 제품 불량율을 크게 낮출 수 있는 효과가 있다.
