The present invention relates to a method for constructing waterproof flooring, which does not require removal of an old film to provide convenience. According to the present invention, a waterproof flooring composition comprises a coating composition comprising a main agent and a curing agent, and pozzolanic reactants. The main agent includes 40 to 50 parts by weight of an active hydrogen to containing resin, 20 to 40 parts by weight of ionized water, 02 to 2 parts by weight of a catalyst, and 10 to 30 parts by weight of solvents, wherein when mixing the curing agent and the main agent, the equivalent ratio is the number of equivalents containing an oxirane ring : the number of equivalents of active hydrogen amine = 1 : 07 to 11.
본 발명에 의한 방수 바닥재 조성물은 주제와 경화제를 포함하는 코팅 조성물과, 포졸란 반응 물질을 포함한다. 상기 주제는, 활성수소 함유 수지 40~50 중량부; 이온수 20~40 중량부; 촉매 02~2 중량부 및 용제 10~30 중량부를 포함한다. 상기 경화제는, 옥시란링 함유 수지 30~45 중량부; 이온수 10~20 중량부; 체질안료 25~35 중량부; 친수성 유기관능기실란 05~15 중량부; 조색제 10~20 중량부 및 친수성 용제 1~6 중량부를 포함한다. 상기 활성수소 함유 수지는 폴리아민 수지 및 폴리아마이드 수지로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된다. 상기 촉매는 분자량이 50~1000 이며, 지방족 또는 방향족 3급아민이다. 상기 용제는 디메틸카보네이트 및 t-부틸아세테이트로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 또는 2종의 혼합물이다. 상기 옥시란링 함유 수지는 디페닐올프로판 A형 옥시란링 함유 수지 및 분자내 2 개 이상의 옥시란링 함유기를 갖는 옥시란링 함유 수지로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 1 종 또는 2 종의 혼합물이고, 옥시란링 함유 당량 은 340~900 g/eq이다. 상기 체질안료는 플라이애쉬 슬래그, 실리카흄, 탄산칼슘 및 황산바륨으로 이루어진 군에서 선택된다. 상기 친수성 유기관능기 실란은 아미노프로필트리메톡시실란이고, 상기 친수성 용제는 N-메틸피롤리돈 및 디메틸포름아미드로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 1 종 또는 2 종의 혼합물이다. 상기 경화제와 주제의 혼합시 당량비율은 옥시란링 함유 당량수:활성수소아민 당량수=1:07~1:11이다.
