The present invention relates to an auger screw humus removal apparatus, comprising: an installation bracket installed on a lower auger or a band, including an installation hole, and having a plate shape and an 'L'-shape; a height adjustment unit configured on one side of the installation bracket and including a fixation portion hole formed at the installation bracket and having a fixation hole formed therein, an adjustment portion inserted into the inner diameter of the fixation portion, protruding to the outside, and having an adjustment hole formed therein, and a pin allowing the adjustment portion to protrude and be fixed to the fixation portion; a pulling device hinged to the other side of the installation bracket and including a rotation portion inserted into the installation hole of the installation bracket, a hinge portion of the installation bracket, and a hydraulic device or turnbuckle coupled to the hinge portion; and a humus removal unit having one side coupled to the height adjustment unit and the other side coupled to the pulling device and including a first spring hinged to the height adjustment unit, a second spring hinged to the pulling device, and a humus removal wire coupled to the first coil spring and the second coil spring. The auger screw humus removal apparatus of the present invention can cleanly remove strong viscous humus firmly attached to an auger screw, and can be used regardless of a pitch of screw blades. In addition, the auger screw humus removal apparatus can remove the humus with an appropriate force regardless of viscosity and a size of the humus, and has effects such as being able to be used universally regardless of a diameter of a screw shaft.
발명은 오거스크류 부토 제거장치에 있어서, 하부오거 또는 밴드에 설치되고, 설치공이 구성되고, 판형의 'ㄴ'자형으로 구성된 설치브라켓과; 설치브라켓의 일측에 구성되고, 설치브라켓에 고정공이 형성되 고정부와, 고정부의 내경에 삽입되고 외부로 돌출되고 조절공이 형성된 조절부와, 조절부가 고정부로 돌출 고정되게 하는 핀이 구성된 높이조절부와; 설치브라켓의 타측에 힌지 고정되고, 설치브라켓의 설치공에 삽입되는 회전부와 설치브라켓에 구성되는 힌지부와, 힌지부에 결합되는유압장치 또는 턴버클로 구성된 당김장치와; 높이조절부에 일측이 결합되고, 당김장치에 타측이 결합되고, 높이조절부에 힌지 결합되는 제1스프링과, 당김장치에 힌지 결합되는 제2스프링과, 제1코일스프링 및 제2코일스프링에 결합되는 부토제거와이어로 구성된 부토제거부로 구성되어; 오거스크류에 견고하게 부착되어 올라온 점성이 강한 부토를 깔끔하게 제거하고, 스크류날개의 피치에 상관없이 사용이 가능하고, 부토의 점성 및 크기에 상관없이 적정한 힘으로 부토를 제거할 수 있고, 스크류축의 직경에 구애 받지않고 범용적으로 사용이 가능한 등의 효과가 있다.
