The present invention relates to a soil removal apparatus for an auger screw. More particularly, the present invention relates to a soil removal apparatus for an auger screw, which is installed in a casing auger of an excavator and moves up and down by an earth auger while removing the soil attached to the auger screw that drills the ground, making it easy to move up and down the auger screw and improve the drilling efficiency. According to the present invention, the soil removal apparatus for an auger screw comprises: a bearing plate (20) having a ring shape and being fixedly installed on an upper surface of the casing auger (13) and having a ball fitting groove (a1) formed on the outer periphery; a ring gear (30) formed to have a ring shape to be positioned on the outside of the bearing plate (20) and having a ball fitting groove (a2) formed on the inner periphery; a plurality of bearing balls (35) disposed between the ball fitting groove (a1) of the bearing plate (20) and the ball fitting groove (a2) of the ring gear (30); a rotary case (40) provided with a cylindrical wire support tube (45) in the longitudinal direction of the auger screw (17) on a support (41) assembled with an upper surface of the ring gear (30); a wire bracket (50) disposed at equal intervals on the inner periphery of the rotary case (40) and provided with a wire fitting hole (53) and a support tube fastening hole (52); and a brush wire (60) which is positioned between the wire support tube (45), in which the wire bracket (50) is fixed while being assembled to the wire support tube (45), and both ends of the brush wire (60) are drawn out in the direction of the auger screw (17) through the wire fitting hole (53).
본 발명은 오거스크류용 토사제거장치에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 굴착기의 케이싱오거에 설치되어 어스오거에 의해 승,하강 이동하면서 지반을 천공하는 오거스크류에 부착되어 있는 토사를 제거하여 오거스크류의 승,하강 이동이 용이하고 천공효율을 향상시키도록 발명한 것이다. 본 발명의 구성은, 링 형상을 갖고 케이싱오거(13)의 상면에 고정 설치되며, 외주연에 볼끼움홈(a1)이 형성된 베어링플레이트(20)와; 상기 베어링플레이트(20)의 외측에 위치되도록 링 형상을 갖고 성형되며, 내주연에 볼끼움홈(a2)이 형성된 링기어(30)와; 상기 베어링플레이트(20)의 볼끼움홈(a1)과 링기어(30)의 볼끼움홈(a2) 사이에 복수개가 배치되는 베어링볼(35)과; 상기 링기어(30)의 상면과 조립되는 받침대(41)에 오거스크류(17)의 길이방향으로 원통형상의 와이어받침통(45)이 구비된 로터리케이스(40)와; 상기 로터리케이스(40)의 내주연에서 등간격을 갖고 배치되며, 와이어끼움홀(53)과 받침통체결홀(52)이 구비된 와이어브라켓(50)과; 상기 와이어받침통(45)과 와이어브라켓(50) 사이에 위치하여, 상기 와이어브라켓(50)이 와이어받침통(45)에 조립되면서 고정되고, 양단부는 상기 와이어끼움홀(53)을 통해 오거스크류(17) 방향으로 인출되는 브러시와이어(60)를 포함해 구성된다.
