PARKING CONTROL SYSTEM OF PARKING PLACE
A system for parking management of an apartment building complex and control for guiding a visiting vehicle of the present invention comprises: a server in which vehicle information is preset; a vehicle information confirmation part which confirms the vehicle information by being installed on a vehicle access road within a complex, and transmits the checked vehicle information to the server; a parking gate which is disposed near the vehicle access road within the complex, and is opened/closed with permission when the vehicle information is confirmed from the server; and a parking guide part which checks a parking space included in the vehicle information of the vehicle for which the vehicle information is confirmed by being installed on the driving roads, and visually guides a movement path from the vehicle access road to the identified parking space in the complex by using LEDs. Therefore, the present invention is capable of having an effect of preventing confusion of guiding parking between vehicles.
본 발명의 공동주택 단지 주차 관리 및 방문차량 안내 제어시스템은 차량 정보가 기설정되는 서버와, 단지 내 차량 출입 도로에 설치되며, 상기 차량 정보를 확인하고, 확인된 상기 차량 정보를 상기 서버로 전송하는 차량 정보 확인부와, 상기 단지 내 차량 출입 도로 근방에 배치되며, 상기 서버로부터 상기 차량 정보가 확인된 경우에 허가를 받아 개폐를 하는 주차 게이트와, 상기 주행 도로들에 설치되며, 상기 차량 정보가 확인된 차량의 상기 차량 정보에 포함된 주차 공간을 확인하고, 상기 단지 내 차량 출입 도로로부터 상기 확인된 주차 공간까지의 이동 경로를 엘이디들을 사용하여 가시적으로 안내하는 주차 안내부;를 포함한다.
