Also, provided is a floor panel structure using the improved floor panel unit (100), which is installed in an upper part of the slab (S) by connecting a plurality of improved floor panel units (100) with each other. Also, provided is a method of constructing the floor panel structure using the improved floor panel unit, including: a preparation step (1) of manufacturing the plurality of improved floor panel units (100) by cutting the same in accordance with an onsite construction blueprint; a panel installation step (2) of installing the plurality of improved floor panel units (100) on a slab in the site; and a completion step (3) of installing bathroom facilities including a toilet bowl.
