The invention relates to a connecting structure for a reservoir bottom asphalt concrete panel and a reservoir slope concrete panel as well as a construction method, and aims to effectively improve stress and deformation conditions of connection positions of the reservoir bottom asphalt concrete panel and the reservoir slope concrete panel, increase the overall stability of a project and enhance the running safety and reliability of the project. The technical scheme is as follows: the connecting structure connects the reservoir bottom asphalt concrete panel and the reservoir slope concrete panel on two sides through a concrete base, the concrete base comprises a base top surface, a base reservoir slope side slope, a base reservoir bottom side slope and a bottom base body, the forward gradient ratio of two sides of the bottom base body is 1:K, K ranges from 0.3 to 0.75, and the base top surface and the surface of the reservoir bottom asphalt concrete panel are connected smoothly; the base reservoir slope side slope approximately vertically intersects the reservoir slope concrete panel, and the base reservoir bottom side slope approximately vertically intersects the reservoir bottom asphalt concrete panel; a drainage gallery and drainage pipes led to the reservoir bottom asphalt concrete panel and the reservoir slope concrete panel respectively are arranged in the concrete base.
