Nonflammable insulation panel assembly and manufacturing method thereof

An insulation panel assembly and a method for manufacturing the same. According to the present invention, the insulation panel assembly is formed by laminating a first panel and a second panel made of foamed plastic, wherein the first panel is formed of a single panel, and the second panel is formed by combining a plurality of partial panels. All surfaces of the first panel and each of the partial panels constituting the second panel are coated with a non-combustible material. In such an insulation panel assembly, each panel has an independent fire protection function, thereby preventing the spread of fire through the inside of the panel.

단열 패널 조립체 및 그 제조 방법에 관한 것으로서, 발포 플라스틱으로 이루어진 제1 패널 및 제2 패널이 적층 부착되어 형성되며, 상기 제1 패널은 단일 패널로 형성되고, 상기 제2 패널은 다수의 부분 패널을 조합하여 형성되며, 상기 제1 패널과, 상기 제2 패널을 이루는 부분 패널들 각각은 모든 표면이 불연재로 코팅된다. 이러한 단열 패널 조립체는 각각의 패널이 독립적인 화재 방지 기능을 갖춤으로써 패널 내부를 통한 화재의 확산을 방지할 수 있다.
