Nonflammable composite insulation board
The present invention relates to a non-combustible composite insulation board used as an inner wall insulation, an outer wall insulation, and a floor slab insulation. More particularly, the present invention relates to a non-combustible composite insulation board, which comprises: a base film attached to one among an inner wall, an outer wall, and a bottom to prevent moisture penetration, and formed of a lead-free polyethylene (PE); a lattice frame attached to an upper surface of the base film; a filler material filled in grid of the lattice frame; and a finishing board attached to an upper surface of the lattice frame. The base film, the lattice frame, and the filler material is attached by a vegetable adhesive.
본 발명은 내벽단열재, 외벽단열재 및 바닥슬라브 단열재로 이용되는 불연성 복합 단열판에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 습기 침투를 방지하기 위해 내벽, 외벽, 바닥 중 하나에 부착되며, 무연성 폴리에틸렌(PE)으로 형성되는 베이스 필름; 상기 베이스 필름의 상면에 부착되는 격자틀; 상기 격자틀의 격자에 충진되는 충진재 및 상기 격자틀의 상면에 부착되는 마감보드를 포함하고, 상기 베이스 필름, 격자틀 및 충진재는 식물성 접착제에 의해 부착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 불연성 복합 단열판에 관한 것이다.
