The present invention relates to a drilling apparatus capable of jet grouting and, more specifically, to a drilling apparatus capable of jet grouting which can supply a high-pressure grouting material and high-pressure air for operating a piston through divided flow paths in a casing, prevent a nozzle for grouting material injection from being exposed to the outside during a drilling process, and expose the nozzle only during a process of injecting the high-pressure grouting material. To this end, according to one aspect of the present invention, the drilling apparatus capable of jet grouting comprises: a drill bit drilling the ground; a piston mounted to ascend and descend to apply an impact to the drill bit; a piston driving unit supplying compressed air to lift and lower the piston; a casing formed to enclose an upper portion of the drill bit, the piston, and the piston driving unit; an internal flow path formed to inject a grouting material after the grouting material is supplied up to the drill bit; and an external flow path formed and separated from the internal flow path and formed to inject compressed air to a lower portion of the drill bit.
본 발명은 제트 그라우팅이 가능한 천공 장치에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 케이싱의 내부에 각각 구획된 유로를 통해 피스톤을 동작시키는 고압 공기와 고압의 그라우팅재를 공급할 수 있고, 천공 과정 진행 중에는 그라우팅재 주입을 위한 노즐이 외부로 노출되지 않고, 고압의 그라우팅재를 주입하는 과정 중에만 노즐이 외부로 노출될 수 있는 제트 그라우팅이 가능한 천공 장치에 관한 것이다. 이를 위한 본 발명의 일 측면에 따른 제트 그라우팅이 가능한 천공 장치는 지반을 천공하는 드릴 비트와, 상기 드릴 비트에 충격을 인가하도록 하강 동작이 가능하게 장착되는 피스톤과, 상기 피스톤이 상승 또는 하강 동작하도록 압축 공기를 공급하는 피스톤 구동부와, 상기 드릴 비트의 상부와, 상기 피스톤과, 상기 피스톤 구동부를 감싸도록 형성되는 케이싱과, 상기 드릴 비트까지 그라우팅재가 공급된 후에 분사되도록 형성된 내부 유로, 및 상기 내부 유로와 구획 형성되며, 상기 드릴 비트의 하부로 압축 공기가 분사되도록 형성된 외부 유로를 포함한다.

The present invention relates to a drilling apparatus capable of jet grouting and, more specifically, to a drilling apparatus capable of jet grouting which can supply a high-pressure grouting material and high-pressure air for operating a piston through divided flow paths in a casing, prevent a nozzle for grouting material injection from being exposed to the outside during a drilling process, and expose the nozzle only during a process of injecting the high-pressure grouting material.
