In accordance with an embodiment of the present invention, an integrated safety monitoring system for a platform comprises: a laser range finder which measures a train approach distance, which is the distance between a train and a set train stop position when the train enters a platform; a PSD manager which calculates the train approach distance of the train entering the platform in accordance with a signal applied from the laser range finder, and provides the calculated distance to an integrated controller; a plurality of CCTV cameras which are installed on the platform to capture platform images, respectively; an image processor which generates an integrated CCTV image in which the images transmitted from the plurality of CCTV cameras are divided to be displayed on one screen, and provides the generated integrated CCTV image to the integrated controller; an integrated monitor which displays one or more among the train approach distance and the integrated CCTV image; and the integrated controller which identifies a platform event in accordance with the entry of the train to the platform, and displays one or more of the train approach distance and the integrated CCTV image on the integrated monitor in an image output method matching the identified platform event. Therefore, the integrated safety monitoring system can provide a means capable of integrating monitors of two different systems into one and providing the same to an engineer.
본 발명의 실시 형태는 전동차가 승강장으로 진입하면 전동차와 설정된 전동차 정지 위치 사이의 거리인 전동차 접근거리를 측정하는 레이저 거리 측정기; 레이저 거리 측정기에서 인가되는 신호에 따라 승강장에 진입하는 전동차 접근거리를 산출하여 통합제어기로 제공하는 PSD 관리기; 승강장에 복수개 설치되어 승강장 영상을 각각 촬영하는 CCTV 카메라; 복수개의 CCTV 카메라에서 전달되는 영상을 하나의 화면에 표시되도록 분할 처리한 CCTV통합영상을 생성하여 통합제어기로 제공하는 영상처리기; 상기 전동차 접근거리, CCTV통합영상을 하나 이상 표시하는 통합모니터; 전동차의 승강장 진입에 따른 승강장 이벤트를 파악하여, 파악되는 승강장 이벤트에 매칭되는 영상 출력 방식으로 상기 전동차 접근거리, CCTV통합영상 중에서 어느 하나 이상을 상기 통합모니터에 표시하는 통합제어기;를 포함할 수 있다.
