PREVENTING DEVICE FOR HAND PINCHING IN DOOR GAP
According to an embodiment of the present invention, a device for preventing a hand from being caught in a door hinge part comprises: a door which is rotatably coupled to a door frame through a main hinge, is closed when rotating in one direction, and is opened when rotating in the other direction; a gap protection unit; a first hinge protection unit installed on the other surface side of the door, and including a third shield with a curved shape centered on the main hinge; and a second hinge protection unit installed on the door frame, and including a fourth shield having a curved surface centered on the main hinge, wherein the curvature of the fourth shield is different from the curvature of the third shield. The gap protection unit includes: a first shield having one end rotatably coupled to one side of the door and blocking a gap between the door and the door frame when the door is opened; a second shield having one end rotatably coupled to the door frame and blocking a gap between the door and the door frame when the door is opened; a first rotation member coupled to the other end of the first shield, having a first coupling protrusion formed at an upper end, and having a first coupling groove formed at a lower end; and second rotation member coupled to the other end of the second shield, having a second coupling protrusion formed at an upper end, and having a second coupling groove formed at a lower end, wherein the first and second rotation members are alternately installed in a vertical direction so that the first and second shields are rotatably coupled. According to the present invention, manufacturing costs can be reduced.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 도어 힌지부 손 끼임 방지장치는, 문틀에 메인힌지를 매개로 회동 가능하게 결합되고, 일면 방향으로 회동시 폐쇄되고 타면 방향으로 회동시 개방되는 문짝; 일단이 상기 문짝의 일면측에 회동 가능하게 결합되고 상기 문짝의 개방시 상기 문짝과 상기 문틀 사이의 틈새를 차단하는 제1실드와, 일단이 상기 문틀에 회동 가능하게 결합되고 상기 문짝의 개방시 상기 문짝과 상기 문틀 사이의 틈새를 차단하는 제2실드와, 상기 제1실드의 타단에 결합되고 상단에 제1결합돌기가 형성되며 하단에 제1결합홈이 형성된 제1회동부재와, 상기 제2실드의 타단에 결합되고 상단에 제2결합돌기가 형성되며 하단에 제2결합홈이 형성된 제2회동부재를 포함하고, 상기 제1회동부재와 상기 제2회동부재가 상하 방향을 따라 교번 설치되어 상기 제1실드와 상기 제2실드가 회동 가능하게 결합되는 틈새보호유닛; 상기 문짝의 타면측에 설치되고, 상기 메인힌지를 중심으로 하는 곡면 형상의 제3실드를 포함하는 제1힌지보호유닛; 및 상기 문틀에 설치되고, 상기 메인힌지를 중심으로 하는 곡면 형상의 제4실드를 포함하되, 상기 제4실드의 곡률이 상기 제3실드와 다르게 형성된 제2힌지보호유닛;를 포함한다.

According to an embodiment of the present invention, a device for preventing a hand from being caught in a door hinge part comprises: a door which is rotatably coupled to a door frame through a main hinge, is closed when rotating in one direction, and is opened when rotating in the other direction; a gap protection unit; a first hinge protection unit installed on the other surface side of the door, and including a third shield with a curved shape centered on the main hinge; and a second hinge protection unit installed on the door frame, and including a fourth shield having a curved surface centered on the main hinge, wherein the curvature of the fourth shield is different from the curvature of the third shield. The gap protection unit includes: a first shield having one end rotatably coupled to one side of the door and blocking a gap between the door and the door frame when the door is opened; a second shield having one end rotatably coupled to the door frame and blocking a gap between the door and the door frame when the door is opened; a first rotation member coupled to the other end of the first shield, having a first coupling protrusion formed at an upper end, and having a first coupling groove formed at a lower end; and second rotation member coupled to the other end of the second shield, having a second coupling protrusion formed at an upper end, and having a second coupling groove formed at a lower end, wherein the first and second rotation members are alternately installed in a vertical direction so that the first and second shields are rotatably coupled. According to the present invention, manufacturing costs can be reduced.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 도어 힌지부 손 끼임 방지장치는, 문틀에 메인힌지를 매개로 회동 가능하게 결합되고, 일면 방향으로 회동시 폐쇄되고 타면 방향으로 회동시 개방되는 문짝; 일단이 상기 문짝의 일면측에 회동 가능하게 결합되고 상기 문짝의 개방시 상기 문짝과 상기 문틀 사이의 틈새를 차단하는 제1실드와, 일단이 상기 문틀에 회동 가능하게 결합되고 상기 문짝의 개방시 상기 문짝과 상기 문틀 사이의 틈새를 차단하는 제2실드와, 상기 제1실드의 타단에 결합되고 상단에 제1결합돌기가 형성되며 하단에 제1결합홈이 형성된 제1회동부재와, 상기 제2실드의 타단에 결합되고 상단에 제2결합돌기가 형성되며 하단에 제2결합홈이 형성된 제2회동부재를 포함하고, 상기 제1회동부재와 상기 제2회동부재가 상하 방향을 따라 교번 설치되어 상기 제1실드와 상기 제2실드가 회동 가능하게 결합되는 틈새보호유닛; 상기 문짝의 타면측에 설치되고, 상기 메인힌지를 중심으로 하는 곡면 형상의 제3실드를 포함하는 제1힌지보호유닛; 및 상기 문틀에 설치되고, 상기 메인힌지를 중심으로 하는 곡면 형상의 제4실드를 포함하되, 상기 제4실드의 곡률이 상기 제3실드와 다르게 형성된 제2힌지보호유닛;를 포함한다.
